New mixed-use residential development consisting of a converted existing building and two new buildings. The main eight-story tower of the existing Holiday Inn hotel building was converted into apartments and lower level retail. The north and east wings were be demolished. The building was re-clad with new facades and a swimming pool, landscaped terrace and amenity rooms were added to the roof. The elevator was lowered to serve new basement levels in the new adjacent building. To the north, a new concrete framed building houses a grocery anchor tenant with 3rd floor apartment units above and 3 levels of parking below grade.
